Terms of service

Hello Loop provides AI voice agents that answer and place phone calls for your business, with phone numbers, recordings, transcripts and a dashboard. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Hello Loop for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

• Give accurate details and keep your login and API keys private.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members and connected apps such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Access may require approval, and we may ask for business verification before enabling calling.

You decide who your agent calls and what it says. You must:

• Have consent, or another lawful basis, to call every number you give the agent.
• Follow the telecom rules where the person you call is, including TRAI's commercial communication rules and the Do Not Disturb registry in India, and the TCPA and do-not-call rules in the United States.
• Call only during the hours those rules allow, and stop calling anyone who asks you to.
• Make sure your agent says who it is calling for and that the call may be recorded.

• Call emergency numbers, or use Hello Loop where a failed or delayed call could put someone in danger.
• Send spam, robocalls without consent, or calls to numbers you bought or scraped without consent.
• Impersonate a real person, government body or company, or mislead people about who is calling.
• Collect card numbers, one-time passwords or bank credentials on a call.
• Harass, threaten, defraud or discriminate against anyone, or break any law.
• Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.

The agent is an AI. It can mishear, misunderstand or say something wrong. Review your agent's instructions and test it before real calls, and check important details such as bookings and callback numbers in your dashboard. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.

• Hello Loop is prepaid. You add money to your wallet and calls are paid from it. There is no subscription.
• In India, talk time costs ₹1 a minute, billed per started minute, and a dedicated phone number costs ₹599 a month. Current prices are on our pricing section.
• New accounts in India may get free minutes to try the service. Free minutes have no cash value.
• Calls stop when your balance runs out. Prices may change; we will give notice before changes apply to you.
• Taxes are added where the law requires.
• For questions about a charge or a refund, write to hi@helloloop.in within 30 days of the charge.

You own your contacts, call recordings, transcripts and agent setup. You give us permission to process them to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete data from the dashboard, or write to us for an export or full deletion.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, gets repeated complaints, or puts other people or our phone providers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why.

We work to keep Hello Loop available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. Phone networks, carriers and AI providers can fail, and we cannot promise every call will connect or go as intended.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it. You are responsible for claims that arise from calls you choose to make and for breaking the calling rules above.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. For important changes we will email account owners. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions go to hi@helloloop.in.
